Legislature Winds Down Today

by LonSeidman

Are you curious if the frog dissecting bill passed? Yes, the one that your state government is debating instead of the budget. If passed, it will allow school kids to dissect frogs on a computer instead of a formerly live frog. But don’t worry – they might get around to the $4 Billion budget deficit sometime today… before the midnight deadline when they’ll have to start from scratch. Rest assured though -the frog bill passed. No frogs need to be harmed in the filming of this year’s tremendous budget deficit.

Of note should be the 180 DOT projects which were cancelled because of the deficit. News on them will be published here as soon as they are available.
